Evaluation methods
Application screening Application screening is the first step in evaluating applicants’ ability, talent, and attitude in line with Kabul’s requirements. All materials, including major, GPA, language proficiency, licenses, experiences, and personal statement, will be reviewed in selecting the qualified applicants.
Entry-level interview Conducted for accepted applicants after application screening only; interview with team directors of applicable departments; evaluations will be on practical knowledge (skills and professional knowledge in the field, etc).
Executive interview Conducted for accepted applicants after entry-level interviews only; evaluations will be focused on the applicants’ personality, values, attitudes and potential ability, and talent.
Medical examination Conducted for accepted applicants after interview screenings only; medical examination will decide the person’s eligibility to work for the company.
Final acceptance The applicants that passed all the screening processes will be selected.
